Jadescape

JadeScape is a leasehold condominium building that is located at Shunfu Road, Serangoon in District 20. The project will be completed in the year 2023 with a total of 1206 units available for sale or rent. The condominium is located close to public transportation that allows residents to move easily from one place to another from the condominium. The name “JadeScape” is based on award-winning architect Paul Noritaka Tange’s concept of an Asian garden. He emphasises greenery and sees the design of the project as an extension of its surroundings, namely the MacRitchie Reservoir and Ang Mo Kio – Bishan Park. Tange has designed JadeScape such that the low-floor units will have a close-up view of the landscaped gardens, including the themed pavilions, multi-tiered pools and leafy trails. As the residential towers are above 20 storeys, the higher floor units will have panoramic views of the MacRitchie Reservoir and the neighbouring landed estates.
