The Community Care Apartments are offered to seniors (aged 65 and above) on short leases between 15 and 35 years (in 5-year increments), where the lease chosen must be able to cover the applicant and spouse (if any) until at least the age of 95 years. The residential block with the Community Care Apartments is expected to complete in 3Q2028.
Within the block housing Community Care Apartments, there will be furnished communal spaces on each floor for residents to mingle and build social networks. You can use these furnished spaces to catch up with neighbours and share meals at the communal spaces, or participate in group activities.
Queensway Canopy is located within the Health District @ Queenstown.
