West BrickVille @ Bukit Batok

Nestled between Bukit Batok Road to the west and Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 to the east, West BrickVille @ Bukit Batok will feature 689 units, including 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, 5-room, and 3Gen flats. The five residential blocks are thoughtfully arranged to create a central open space, providing a lively area for recreational and community activities, complete with children's playgrounds and fitness corners. With a reduced waiting time of approximately two years, these flats will be available as Standard flats under the new classification system.

The name “West BrickVille @ Bukit Batok” is inspired by traditional bricklaying techniques, which are reflected in the building’s façade, where “bricks” of paint are arranged in a rising gradient that extends to the gable ends. This design pays homage to the historical brick factories that once thrived in the area. The project's landscape concept creatively mimics the flowing form of kiln smoke, featuring winding jogging and cycling paths that traverse the precinct's central green. These paths connect various outdoor amenities, such as playgrounds and fitness areas, fostering a cohesive environment that promotes community interaction and an active lifestyle. This theme continues in the rooftop garden of the Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP), where a winding walkway links community gardens with viewpoints showcasing the Bukit Batok skyline. Through these integrated elements, the project honors Bukit Batok's industrial heritage while nurturing a modern, connected community.
